About the program

Today, thanks to its positive effects on the human body, medical massage has become the most popular type of treatment, especially with this huge daily life pressure, work and sport injuries. This kind of treatment provides a great energy and regenerates the blood circulation in the body. Consequently, it positively affects the muscles and body tissues, leading the muscles them to relax. Medical massages have been known for ages, from the time of the ancient Egyptians, Chinese and Greeks. Massages affect the nervous system positively, since they lead to deep relaxation taking away all the psychological pressures caused by daily life circumstances. It is a great way to create a balance between body, mind and spirit.  
The healing energy of the therapist works in harmony with gentle strokes on the deep muscles and tissue while using plant oils that known for their healing properties. In this wonderful experience, we experience a sense of deep comfort and relaxation, and we could recharge ourselves with positive energy a thing which creates a balance between body, mind and spirit.  
Massage increases blood supply to the worked area, and strengthens the lymph system, which contains white blood cells that are important for the immune system. In addition, it removes muscle cramps, increases the softness and elasticity of tissues, helps to loosen the adhesions in the soft tissues and around the joints, and reduces scars. Massage is also very important for athletes, as it prevents injuries and helps the athlete to reach the maximum of his athletic ability.
